Billionaire Stephen Cloobeck was spotted outside his Beverly Hills mansion Tuesday — hours after the FBI raided the luxurious home that once served as Eric Swalwell’s crash pad.
The timeshare mogul was seen standing outside of his home in a tense conversations with two men.
The search of Cloobeck’s $26 million property on Tuesday was connected to the investigation into Swalwell, a senior law enforcement official told The Post, adding the raid was linked to a sex worker.

Attempts to reach Cloobeck for comment were unsuccessful.
Swalwell is currently the subject of several investigations after multiple women leveled accusations from sexual assault to rape.
In August, he was stopped by federal agents in at San Francisco’s airport and his electronic devices were seized.
Agents were seen Tuesday carrying high-powered rifles and wore night-vision goggles outside of Cloobeck’s home, and it remained unclear what investigators were seeking — though a source told The Post that Cloobeck kept company servers inside his home.

Cloobeck is currently the subject of a criminal case linked to his former fiancee, Adva Lavie, a former Penthouse Pet and OnlyFans model accused of using dating apps to target wealthy older men and steal from them.
He was charged with three felony counts of attempting to dissuade or prevent a witness or victim from testifying and one misdemeanor count of making annoying phone calls. The charges stem from Lavie’s case. Cloobeck has since called off their wedding plans.
The raid came hours after Cloobeck celebrated his birthday Monday at a Malibu restaurant, according to a source with knowledge of the matter.
Cloobeck was among Swalwell’s biggest benefactors, spending more than $1 million supporting his gubernatorial bid and contributing the maximum $39,200 directly to his campaign — as well as providing a $31,000 trip to France in 2024.
Cloobeck also frequently hosted Swalwell at his sprawling mansion, where the former congressman filmed a video in April denying sexual misconduct allegations.
The following week, Swalwell resigned from Congress and suspended his campaign.
Cloobeck eventually booted Swalwell from his mansion, saying he had been deceived by the congressman.
“I am no longer supporting Eric,” Cloobeck previously told The Post. “F—ing tell everyone I’m a libertarian. F— you, Democrat Party. I’m a libertarian now.”
Cloobeck, who ended his own gubernatorial bid to back Swalwell, said the former lawmaker apologized while confirming his own lawyer initially defended Swalwell on CNN.
Swalwell eventually hired celebrity attorney Sara Azari, and the huge six-figure payments to the lawyer prompted a state ethics investigation.
Swalwell remains under investigation by multiple prosecutors, including in New York and California, over sexual assault allegations.
Earlier this month, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office confirmed it is reviewing the case involving the disgraced politician and Lonna Drewes, a Beverly Hills woman who’s accused him of rape.
