Chad Lowe and his wife, Kim Painter, honored their late daughter, Fiona, with a celebration of life over the weekend.

The celebration of life was kept private, with only family and close friends in attendance for the service memorializing the 13-year-old, sources told People.

Fiona died by suicide on Sept. 29, with her family telling Page Six they were “deeply heartbroken” by the loss.

“She was adored by her sisters and she was deeply loved by her parents,” the family continued. “In fact, she was the light of our lives. Her passing is devastating for our entire family and we ask for prayers and privacy at this time.”

The teen is survived by her parents and sisters Mabel, 17, and Nixie, 10.

Following Fiona’s death, Mabel shared a heartbreaking Instagram post about her late sister.

“I love you so much fiona ❤️ i wish your short time here was easier and i hope your mind is at ease now,” she penned. “I will honor you forever and keep your memory alive. I love you, i hope you knew just how much.”

Weeks after Fiona’s passing, a close friend of the family shared that she had been deeply affected by the loss of their home in the Palisades fire last year.

“Something happened when the fires happened,” music executive Mykesha Robinson, whose daughter Faith was best friends with Fiona in elementary school, told the Daily Mail earlier this month, noting that the family “lost everything.”
