Washington Commanders running back Rachaad White has missed two straight days of practice, and one NFL analyst thinks it might be because he hurt himself doing a viral challenge.
Warren Sharp detailed the evidence on X, formerly Twitter, showing the Commanders' ALS Ice Bucket Challenge video posted on Monday, Aug. 17.
The viral challenge is resurgent again in football due to the announcement that former running back Chris Johnson has the disease, otherwise known as Lou Gehrig's Disease.

Commanders running backs coach Anthony Lynn is Johnson's former coach, so he and the rushers sat down to have buckets of ice water poured on them.
In the video, White jumps out of his seat and comes down awkwardly on his flip flops.
White has since missed practice on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The team is calling it "a hamstring injury" that "isn't considered serious or a long-term problem," as reported by the RotoWire Staff, which cited Mike Garafolo of NFL Network.
Prior to that announcement from the team, Sharp pointed out that White "fine prior to this ice bucket challenge on 8/17."
"He’s mysteriously missed the last 2 days of practice since the Commanders posted this video (8/18, 8/19)," Sharp wrote. "Did he injure himself right here?"
Commanders fans seem to think so, with one commenting under the team's posting of the video that they're "11 years late to this trend and injured a player in the process."
"It's due time the social media team left players alone and [just] posted about the team," wrote @TreydingStocks.
Others expressed concern for White's health and asked that teams donate money instead of putting players' health at risk.
While it's assuredly for a good cause, it's hard to argue that it seems to be an unnecessary risk.
Lynn doing the challenge is one thing, but a hurt player could impact the team and that player's career moving forward.
White is expected to play a significant role for the Commanders this season.
"The veteran running back is expected to fill the pass-down role in Washington's backfield alongside Jacory Croskey-Merritt, who is the favorite to handle early-down carries," RotoWire explained.
Here's hoping the injury is minor and that's still the case for the talented White.
