As organizations deepen their use of artificial-intelligence tools, human-resources managers have largely embraced the technology, but they are proceeding with some caution.
A recent survey from MyPerfectResume found that 64% of HR managers use AI to complete certain tasks. Some, however, feel the tools have harmed candidate quality in hiring, citing an over-reliance on algorithms, a lack of human touch and biases in AI systems.
