One year before Ken Urker’s death, Gypsy Rose Blanchard admitted to defacing his headboard in a jealous and drunken rage.

The “Life After Lockup” alum described to pal Amelia Bird, who is currently behind bars, the aftermath of finding a letter her then-partner wrote to an ex in a September 2025 phone call, obtained by the Daily Mail on Thursday.

The former reality star said she “stayed out until maybe 5” drinking a mix of “vodka, tequila, rum and whiskey” with a friend — before going home and “grab[bing] a knife in the kitchen.”

Blanchard recalled, “I go to that headboard and I stab the motherf–king headboard, and I carved ‘whore’ in the headboard. And I put a note that said, ‘Sleep with your one and only. -G.'”

Additionally, the 35-year-old confessed to smashing “a picture frame of [them] on the ground,” with glass going “everywhere.”

She also copped to throwing the letters they wrote back and forth while she was serving time for mom Clauddine ‘Dee Dee’ Blanchard’s murder “up in the air like money,” as well as cutting up a blanket she’d had made for him with scissors.

The outlet obtained a video of the latter, with Gypsy Rose destroying the blanket while screaming, “‘This is how I feel about you! Lies, lies, lies! …. F–k you!”

While chatting with Bird, Gypsy Rose continued, “Then I packed my suitcase and then I left to go to my parents house. Then I left him a lot of mean texts. ‘You’re a piece of s–t.’ … ‘I never wanna see you again.’ Still drunk as f–k.”

She shared that Urker responded with his intent to file for sole custody of their now-1-year-old daughter, Aurora, dubbing Gypsy Rose “a danger to [her]self and others around” her.

Gypsy Rose told her friend, “I’ve not treated him like I should have. I’ve always accused him of cheating, drama drama drama, so if he was done I wouldn’t blame him for real.

“There are people close to me like, ‘You scared the f–k out of him. You know what you were in prison for, to take out a knife in anger and lash out at an object?'” she added. “Because of my history, it freaks people out, let’s be real. It freaks people out.”

The Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office, who are investigating Urker’s Oct. 1 passing, told the outlet the headboard incident, while they are aware of it, was not reported in the last year — and that even if it was, charges wouldn’t have been filed because only personal property was harmed.

Urker’s sister Autumn spoke to the Daily Mail about the “dangerous” incident, recalling how “nervous” and “worried” she felt when she found out.

Autumn had a conversation with Urker six months after the fact about how Gypsy Rose “pattern” of behavior could “escalate,” at which point her concerns “just fell on deaf ears” as the duo had reconciled.

The pair, however, had split by the time Urker was found unresponsive in his Louisiana home earlier this month on what would have been his 34th birthday.

A source told Page Six, “They both just amicably, a month ago, said let’s just leave it here, have our space, and see where we’re at. It was nothing nasty…It was just a mutual agreement. They were co-parenting.”

His body was surrounded by drug paraphernalia and a handgun, which Autumn alleged to the Daily Mail he had taken to sleeping with every night over allegedly receiving death threats and getting doxxed.

While Urker’s cause of death has yet to be confirmed, Gypsy Rose dubbed his passing an “overdose” in her first statement on the tragedy.

She subsequently posted an Instagram tribute to Urker, writing, “You will always be my greatest love story. You will be remembered and loved forever. ❤️.”

We hear Gypsy Rose will be present at Urker’s family’s upcoming memorial service for him in Texas.
