Boeing CEO Dave Calhoun Steps Down Amid Multiple Safety Issues
Boeing CEO Dave Calhoun announced on Monday that he will step down at the end of the year in a major shakeup at the embattled company.
Chairman of the board Larry Kellner will step down in May, while Stan Deal, president and CEO of Boeing Commercial Airplanes, is leaving immediately.
"We will remain squarely focused on completing the work we have done together to return our company to stability after the extraordinary challenges of the past five years, with safety and quality at the forefront of everything that we do." Calhoun said in a message to employees on Monday.
