Andy Garcia, Karla Souza and Wilmer Valderrama were among those on the red carpet Friday night for the 41st annual Imagen Awards at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills.
Celebrating Latino talent and creatives across entertainment, the gala honored Andy Garcia with the Lifetime Achievement Award for his four-decade career. In his acceptance speech, the “Landman” star shared this his first job upon moving to Los Angeles was at the Beverly Hilton
“I encourage you to keep dreaming and keep challenging those obstacles. Keep falling forward,” the “Landman” star said. “My father…would always say, ‘Never take a step backward, not even to gain momentum.”
Garcia closed out the evening with a live performance featuring The CineSon All Stars and Arturo Sandoval.
