Milania Giudice shared a heartfelt birthday tribute to her sister Gabriella Giudice months after the latter called 911 on her for allegedly “acting erratically.”

“You really are the best sister I could ever ask for,” Milania, 20, wrote alongside several throwback photos with the birthday girl, shared via Instagram Sunday.

“You’re genuinely one of the smartest people I know, and I’m so proud of the person you are,” she continued. “I’ve put you through a lot over the years, and I know I haven’t always made being my sister easy, but you’ve always been there for me, accepted me, and loved me through everything.”

Milania was in awe of her older sister’s 22nd birthday celebration, adding, “Time really flies. I love you so much, and I’m so lucky to have you as my sister. 🤍.”

Several people rushed to the comments to wish Gabriella a special day, including her mom, Teresa Giudice, 54, who wrote, “Happy Birthday @gabriella.giudice Love you ♥️🎂🎉🎈🥳.”

The University of Tampa sophomore penned the special tribute after Gabriella called 911 on her following a domestic dispute at their mom’s New Jersey home on May 14.

Per a police report, the internet personality was “throwing food [and] candles” before she was arrested for allegedly striking an unnamed victim, identified as L.R., in the head.

Milania pleaded not guilty to the allegations against her, and she enrolled in anger management classes.

Addressing the arrest via TikTok in June, she said, “It is what it is, s–t happens in life and you gotta learn from it. Just become a better person and talk about it.”

Then, last month, Milania got into a heated argument with Teresa and her sister Gia Giudice, 25, while walking through the Tampa International Airport.

At the time, police were reportedly alerted when “multiple females said they needed police ASAP.”

Officers were told that Milania had just been released from the hospital and was “having suicidal thoughts,” per a police report obtained by Page Six.

Days later, Teresa took to her Instagram Stories to emotionally share how Milania was going through an “extremely vulnerable time in her life” following the deaths of two people close to her.

Milania’s best friend, Victoria Zardoya, died in July from a fall, and her great-grandmother died two months later before her 99th birthday.

Milania’s manager also told Page Six that she was “under the care of professionals … as she navigates an incredibly difficult time in her life,” in a statement on Sept. 24.

Teresa shares Milania, Gabriella, Gia and Audriana Giudice, 17, with her ex-husband, Joe Giudice. The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” alum remarried to Luis Ruelas in 2022.
