Rams star edge rusher Myles Garrett is so locked in for the upcoming season, his film study includes a tackle that took place in an airport.

On Thursday, a video of a woman getting off a flight and then full-on tackling the woman waiting for her went viral. The House of Highlights’ Instagram account posted a video of the tackle, which had the caption, “Got off her flight like Myles Garrett 😭😭”.

This tackle and caption got Garrett’s attention. He commented on the post, writing, “Near foot, near shoulder. Kept the legs driving. Excellent 😂”.

Both women were OK, as they could be seen getting up laughing before embracing each other again.

Rams fans are waiting to see Garrett produce a similar hit stick on opposing quarterbacks after he was traded to the team this past offseason.

Garrett set the NFL record for sacks in a season last year, tallying 23 with the Browns. He’s also a two-time AP Defensive Player of the Year Award winner and a five-time first-team All-Pro honoree.

Garrett won’t be active for Los Angeles’ preseason game against the Saints on Saturday, as he has nothing to prove while the games still don’t count.

Perhaps the woman who tackled her friend at the airport should earn a spot at an NFL training camp. Then again, Rams fans would rather have Aaron Donald sharing the defensive line with Garrett than anyone else.
