Noah Wyle is People magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive” this year.
The outlet named the “Pitt” star Tuesday morning, with the 55-year-old posing in an all-denim ensemble for his cover shoot.
“I thought that sounded like a prank — just not in a million years did I think that this would be an honor bestowed on me,” Wyle gushed.
The “E.R.” alum joked to the outlet that his family is going to “tease” him about the honor “for the next 50 years.”
Wyle predicted, “I am going to take a lot of ribbing … for sure.”
The Emmy winner is a three-time dad, sharing son Owen, 23, and daughter Auden, 21, with his ex-wife, Tracy Warbin, as well as daughter Frances, 11, with wife Sara Wyle.

He and Sara have been married since June 2014.
The Golden Globe winner “is pleased” that her husband being dubbed the “Sexiest Man Alive” “reflects well on her taste.”
Noah shared, “She thinks I’m a good guy and that the kind of person that I am and the kind of father I am, the kind of husband I am, is worth promoting.”
He went on to spill on their “perfect date night,” which “involves eating,” as well as the chores he does around their California home.
“I am the dish maven,” he said. “The sink is my domain. And I would recommend more guys get into the dishwashing, because it’s very therapeutic.”
Noah appeared on Amy Poehler’s “Good Hang” podcast Tuesday to promote the honor, which was previously held by Jonathan Bailey and John Krasinski.
His career took off in the ’90s as Dr. John Carter on “E.R,” with the then-22-year-old playing the beloved character for two decades.
After subsequent stints on “Falling Skies” and more shows, he surged back into headlines last year as Dr. Michael “Robby” Robinavitch in “The Pitt.”
Noah has won four Emmys and a Golden Globe for the role.
Season 1 premiered on January 2025, with the second season dropping earlier this year — and the third due in three months.
