Patrick Clancy was seen in public for the first time since his ex-wife Lindsay Clancy’s dramatic murder case ended in a mistrial — meaning he may once again have to testify about their three children’s horrific deaths.

Patrick was spotted Sunday sporting shades and shorts walking around Midtown Manhattan, just days after a Massachusetts jury was unable to agree on whether Lindsay was guilty of first-degree murder, or whether she should be found not guilty by reason of insanity.

He was last seen in the Big Apple last week while the jury was still deliberating, walking hand-in-hand with his new wife, infertility specialist Rachel Danis.

Eleven of the jurors, nine women and three men, agreed that Clancy should not be convicted, but one male holdout refused to budge.

Lindsay Clancy’s lawyer Kevin Reddington said he expects the district attorney to seek a new trial.

Patrick is also suing Lindsey’s doctors and medical providers for allegedly failing to properly diagnose her and properly treat her before she strangled the kids to death.

The grueling, seven-week-long trial kicked off in July with Patrick testifying as the star witness —  describing in disturbing detail the moment he returned home to find that Lindsay had strangled their three children and then attempted to take her own life.

In a harrowing 911 call played for jurors, Patrick could be heard screaming “she killed the kids.”

He revealed on the stand that Lindsay repeatedly sought help for her worsening mental state in the months leading up to the January 2023 killings.

After seven days of deliberation, Judge William Sullivan declared a mistrial on Friday.

Patrick’s attorney, David Meier, issued a statement following the mistrial decision, saying his client is “grateful to the Court and to the jurors for their hard work, their commitment, and their perseverance.”

“The loss of Patrick’s children is something from which he will never recover and from which there will never be closure,” it read. “The prospect of reliving this tragedy through another trial is extraordinarily painful — for Patrick, for his family, and for all us.”
