"My goal on camera isn't to cover my skin with more makeup -- it's to have my skin in a place where I need less of it," Singer told Page Six Style.

Ever wonder what your favorite celebrities buy when they’re browsing their favorite boutique or shopping online late at night? Welcome to Six Picks, where we ask stars to spill their style and beauty must-haves — so you can shop like you’re famous, too.
After 13 seasons on “The Real Housewives of New York,” Ramona Singer knows a camera-ready glow is worth its weight in gold.
But as she gears up for a return to reality TV for E!’s “The Golden Life,” she told Page Six Style the best looks actually happen “long before you sit in the makeup chair.”
“My goal on camera isn’t to cover my skin with more makeup — it’s to have my skin in a place where I need less of it,” the 69-year-old star explained.
While she famously entered the beauty space with her Ageless by Ramona line in 2019, Singer admitted she was “late to the game” when it came to her own skin care routine.
“At 38, I had no idea that women begin losing collagen as early as their 20s. What I’ve learned is that aging well is really about maintaining the quality and health of your skin,” she said.
“You can get facials, procedures and injectables, but those can only do so much,” Singer added, saying her philosophy “has shifted towards preserving and nurturing what you have.”
Below, shop a few of the products she uses to do just that, from a fantastic drugstore mascara to the lotion keeping her legs red carpet-ready.
L’Oréal Paris Voluminous Original Mascara
L'Oréal Paris“I’ve tried so many expensive mascaras, but I always come back to L’Oréal Voluminous. It lengthens and separates my lashes beautifully without making them look clumpy.”
It Cosmetics CC+ Cream
It Cosmetics“I love It Cosmetics CC+ Cream because it gives me the coverage of a foundation while still looking really natural, and it has SPF 50. I use it during the day, especially when I’m outside playing tennis or golf, because it smooths out my skin while giving me that added sun protection.”
Nivea Essentially Enriched Body Lotion
Nivea“I use Nivea lotion every morning and every night, especially on my legs. It gives my skin this beautiful, subtle sheen while keeping it really moisturized, and people always comment on how my skin looks.”
Dolce & Gabbana Everlift Luminizer
Nordstrom “I put the Dolce & Gabbana Everlift Luminizer over my blush and it gives my skin the most beautiful glow. I love anything that makes the skin look luminous and healthy without looking heavy.”
Vaseline Original Healing Jelly
Vaseline“Vaseline is one of those simple products I’ve used forever. I use it to keep my lips moisturized, and I also use it to gently remove my eye makeup. It works wonderfully.”
Sobel SkinRx 4.5% Retinol Complex Night Treatment
Sobel SkinRx“Retinol is one of the ingredients I really prioritize in my skin care routine, and I use Dr. Sobel’s Retinol Complex every night. I love that it addresses so many of the things I care about at once, from the appearance of fine lines and pores to texture and hydration. For me, anti-aging is ultimately about maintaining the quality of your skin, and this has become an essential part of my nighttime routine.”
