Sean “Diddy” Combs was transported from federal prison for medical treatment early Saturday after suffering a head injury, according to TMZ, while his representative told Newsweek that Combs’ team was working to confirm the circumstances.

“We are aware of the reports concerning Sean Combs and are working to confirm the circumstances. Sean’s health and well-being are our immediate concern, and we appreciate everyone who has reached out,” the representative said Monday.
