A former Detroit doctor has been sentenced to nine years in federal prison for child porn — after he was caught telling other pedophiles they were “so hot,” while bizarrely bragging, “I love being a pedo.”

Lincoln Erickson, 32, was arrested by FBI agents Dec. 10 for receiving child pornography after investigators discovered “videos of minors engaged in sex acts and AI-generated pornography depicting nude children touching adult men” on his phone.

He was later found to be part of a larger child pornography and sexual abuse ring, and admitted to feds that he once made plans to travel to another man’s house after attempting to convince the man to let him bathe his children.

“Anyone who [possesses] child sexual abuse material should expect severe consequences, and today, this sexual predator begins paying the price for his actions with more than 100 months in federal prison,” said Jennifer Runyan, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Detroit Field Office.

“I am grateful for the relentless work of our FBI Detroit Crimes Against Children Squad and our task force officers from the Detroit Police Department for aggressively pursuing those who victimize children and helping to hold them accountable.”

Erickson will be required to register as a sex offender as part of his sentence.

He revealed his revolting sex fantasies in Telegram messages exchanged with other sickos in the network, and appeared to revel in his depravity, writing “I love being a pedo” in one message, and “Bro, I love other pedophiles. So hot” in another, according to ClickOn Detroit.

Tooman was taken into custody on March 29, 2025, after he allegedly traveled to Toledo to sexually abuse whom he believed would be a 7-year-old girl and a 6-month-old infant, the Mail reported.

Authorities said he was communicating with an undercover FBI agent who was posing as a parent, the local outlet reported.

His arrest revealed a disturbing chain of text messages, leading to the arrests of two more men — Jeremy Brian Tacon and Joshua Ronnebaum — which led to a revolting text thread with Erickson via Telegram, according to a criminal complaint.

Erickson told Ronnebaum that he “f–ked a boy” and fantasized about having a child with another man, which they could “all just f–k and groom ‘from baby to adulthood,” according to the court papers. 

The disgraced former medical resident, who worked at Detroit Medical Center’s Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan, has been in custody since his arrest.
