They’ll share a mic again soon!

The Brooklyn bar owner who earned belly-aching chuckles from Conan O’Brien during their viral chance encounter on the subway said the pair could soon reunite for a round of karaoke.

The funnyman has reached out to Debbie Shields in the days since their “Subway Takes” encounter to discuss future collaborations, including hanging out at her Bed-Stuy bar “Confessions,” she revealed to The Post.

Kareen Rahma, host of “Subway Takes,” has already paid a visit to watering hall — where Shields named a drink after O’Brien.

“I just never considered myself a comedian. I just considered myself somebody that likes to make people laugh,” said Shields — who joked about having been married and sharing two children with the former “Tonight Show” and “Late Show” host in the viral clip.

“Maybe that is a comedian, but this is my lifestyle. This is not something I practice.”

Shields, 68, had been riding the F train when her best friend and assistant, Tony Rocket, spotted O’Brien being interviewed by Rahma.

“He goes, ‘Oh, that’s Conan O’Brien,'” recalled Shields, who was more focused on the empty space next to Rahma.

“I was like, ‘Oh, OK,’ but I saw a seat, and seats are very important to me on the train.”

Despite having no comedy training or experience, Shields began to joke with O’Brien with the improv instincts of a seasoned professional.

The video has since racked up nearly 3 million views on Instagram, catapulting Shields — and her bar — into the spotlight.

Confessions Bar, which she opened two years ago in Bedford-Stuyvesant, experienced a huge influx of customers after the video went viral last week.

“It was packed in here Friday night for comedy night. People are stopping me in the street. It’s just really crazy,” said Shields inside her bar. “We have tourists going by now, taking pictures of the bar.”

Many flocked to try the bar’s newest drink, the “Baby Daddy O’Brien,” in reference to the viral joke about her and the comedian’s shared children who she said have the ginger TV host’s signature hairstyle.

The cocktail features Irish whiskey, in reference to O’Brien’s heritage, and a big slice of orange that sticks out of the glass to represent his locks.

“In this crazy place, I’ve had to really put on that sense of humor … it’s just what I do,” said Shields, setting on the table a camouflage baseball cap that reads “drunk” when turned upside down.
