This Canadian suburb has boobs to spare.

The mother of a convicted terrorist who wanted to unleash a 9/11-style attack in New York City is running for school board west of Toronto — in the same district where ex-teacher Kayla Lemieux was allowed to wear behemoth Z-sized fake jugs in class.

Khadiga Metwally, who is running for Halton District School Board Ward 1 and 2 in Milton, Ontario, blames the feds for her son Abdulrahman El-Bahnasawy’s 40-year prison sentence for his role in helping to plan ISIS-style terror attacks against high-profile targets in the Big Apple.

“My son was arrested by all unfair reasons … [he was] manipulated by FBI with the help of [Royal Canadian Mounted Police],” she told the Toronto Sun in 2019.

“They manipulated him by ‘hyper’ talking while he was manic and wasn’t under treatment,” she claimed about her wannabe jihadi offspring.

Now, she wants to help set education policy for 68,000 students in an area that has become dramatically more diverse in the last 20 years — with the population of South Asian residents surging.

In a “Meet Your Candidate” Q&A on Milton Today, Metwally said her priorities would include “safe, inclusive schools free from hate, racism, discrimination and bullying. Timely mental-health support is also essential; personal family experience has shown me the value of early understanding, compassionate support, and appropriate intervention.”

Metwally beams with pride about her daughter, who she says was one of York University’s Top 30 under 30 in 2022 and later worked at the United Nations. But she conspicuously omitted mention of her son who’s in federal prison in the US after his 2018 conviction.

That could be because El-Bahnasawy’s big claim to fame by age 20 was plotting “to detonate bombs in Times Square and the New York City subway system, and to shoot civilians at concert venues,” according to federal prosecutors.

The would-be mass killer, “acquired bomb-making materials and helped secure a cabin within driving distance of New York City to use for building explosive devices and staging the NYC attacks,” the Justice Department said.

“El-Bahnasawy aspired, in his words, to ‘create the next 9/11.’”

The Halton School District includes Oakville Trafalgar High School, which made international headlines in 2022 when Lemieux started showing up for work as a shop teacher sporting enormous prosthetic breasts — complete with protruding nipples and areolae the size of drink coasters.

But rather than sending Lemieux home to put on a normal outfit, the woke school district bent over backwards to accommodate the 41-year-old man living out his fetish in front of school kids.

Then-Halton District School Board Chair Margo Shuttleworth told the Toronto Sun in September 2022 that the board protecting their employee’s “gender rights” was the stance they were taking, and that trustees were “standing behind the teacher.”

The school threatened Oakville students with suspension if they were caught photographing Lemieux, whom the board called an “extremely effective” teacher, with Shuttleworth claiming “all the kids really love being in the class.”

Metwally is running for a seat in the same school district where former teacher Kayla Lemieux was allowed to wear behemoth Z-sized prosthetic breasts in the classroom.

Lemieux, who said he was intersex and even insisted to The Post that the grotesquely oversized bust was real, was put on leave in the spring of 2023 after a Post photographer snapped pictures of Lemieux running errands without a wig or prosthetics and revealed he rarely wears them outside of school.

He quit working at the high school later that year, after his over-the-top décolletage stirred up a huge controversy eventually leading to bomb threats, which forced the school to implement complex security protocols.

Lemieux quickly secured a new teaching gig at a different school in the neighboring Hamilton-Wentworth School District, and was spied by The Post arriving on campus at Nora Frances Henderson Secondary School in male clothes and with a layer of stubbled beard on her face.

Parents of high schoolers at the school have been warned by Principal Tom Fisher there may be “protests” and “disruptions” over her hiring, in a memo obtained by the Toronto Sun.

“We are writing to you today because we anticipate the school your child is attending this year, Nora Frances Henderson, may receive some level of public attention, and we want to communicate what this means for you, your children, and our school,” he wrote.

It was not immediately known whether Lemieux is still employed by the school.

The Halton School District did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
